DYB-VL

The DYB-VL are sampling and small lots dyeing machines. 
Designed as a "bridge" between laboratory and production can perform all the technological cycles as the bigger size machines, allowing the same performances concerning dyeing quality, water aned energy efficiency, the chemical recipes can be the same as the big production machines. 
The DYB-VL uses an exclusive two direction reversing pump, specifically designed for reduced liquour volumes.
The unique design of the impeller allows avoid the need for external piping for the flow circulation reverse, resulting in simple and bottleneck-free circuit, allowing to avoid any physical stress on delicate wool fibres, as well as guaranteeing low liquor ratio on cellulosic yarns.
The same features of DYB-V production machines, concerning the optimization of circulation and mixing effects, are obtained in small size context by the exclusive hydraulic circuit and pump.
Basing on the selected version, the machine can allow dyeing from the single package, to the complete column, same as used in the production machines.
In this respect, DYB-VL can be used to set all the parameters to drive the big size production machines, concerning circulation, temperatures and all the others.  

YARN PACKAGES DYEING: DYB-VL can produce packages on a specific spindle, with the advantage of variable loading
LOOSE FIBER DYEING: DYB-VL can produce LOOSE FIBER by loading a specific carrier
TOPS DYEING: DYB-VL can produce TOPS BOBBINS, typically 2,5 kgs each. The quantity of one TOPS BUMPS of 10 kg can be wound to 4 x 2,5 kgs bobbins, with the possibility of flexible variable loading

TECHNICAL FEATURES  

SQUEEZING HYDROEXTRACTION DEVICE 
The combined action of an automatic butterfly valve and a specific discharge by means of an automatic valve enables to use pressurized air inside the empty machine - after dyeing liquor discharge - to create a squeezing effect from outside to inside the bobbins, bumps of tops and warp beams. The system enables rapid hydroextraction functionality with removal of a substantial amount of water from the yarn, avoiding dripping during transport of carriers after dyeing.

AUTOMATIC HIGH-TEMPERATURE LIQUOR DRAIN SYSTEM
This device allows to discharge the liquor, inside the dyeing machine, at temperatures higher than 100°C, without the need of cooling to atmospheric conditions. The system is particularly used for rapid dyeing of polyester, to avoid the formation of oligomers. The discharge valve is controlled by a temperature probe and thermostat, avoiding hazardous conditions.
